Intensive 5-hour practical course to provide you with the skills and knowledge to operate a commercial espresso coffee machine. You will learn how to select and grind beans, extract quality espresso, texture and stretch milk and make a variety of coffees to a professional standard. On completion, you will receive a non-accredited Certificate of Completion.

Introduction:

Our 5-hour non accredited barista experience teaches you how to use a coffee machine from scratch. With no prior experience, you will leave knowing how to:

  • Froth milk
  • Make espresso
  • Make all of the coffees that you would find in a café
  • Clean and maintain the coffee machine
